Erwin Dingenouts
Do you have a dispute about a tenancy agreement, for example: about your high rent or service costs, or defects in the leased property? Does your employer have the intention to fire you, or are you not paid sufficiently? Or do you as a consumer have a dispute with a large company, such as your phone company, energy supplier, water company or about the purchase of items?
Please contact Erwin Dingenouts with any of these questions and many others. With his years of experience, he will take good care of you. Erwin specialises in:
Erwin has been an attorney since 2005, starting with ‘Rechthuys Advocaten’ and later with ‘LJWD Advocaten’. Erwin has also years of legal experience as a lawyer with a large bailiff’s office.
Erwin has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar Association (NOvA):
– Landlord-tenant law (Housing and business accommodation)
– Contract law
– Labour law
Under this registration, he is obliged to achieve ten points of training in each registered principle area in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
Erwin Dingenouts is not only very experienced in conducting judicial procedures, but he will also assist you – with advice and practical support – in the stages before this. He can point out the strengths and weaknesses of your case in detail, and he will honestly talk you through your chances of success. If required, he will negotiate settlements for you. You can be sure that Erwin is fully committed to getting the best results for you, whatever direction the case will take.
Having a low income should not prevent you from hiring Erwin’s services. He will investigate whether you qualify for financed legal aid and takes care of the application for you. If you have a legal aid insurance policy, you can freely choose an attorney, and you will be able to call in an attorney at the cost of your insurer.
Erwin organizes the Working Group on Housing Law and Contract Law in Rotterdam. The lawyers who take part in this working group discuss cases and exchange experiences with each other. From his different memberships, it is apparent that Erwin continues to broaden his knowledge and keeps it up to date. Furthermore, he coaches law students who work at the Rechtswinkel Rotterdam on a voluntary basis. He even assists them (and their clients) in complex cases with advice and practical support.
